By purchasing or using any paid feature, recharge, or digital service within Hello Dear Live, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Hello Dear Live provides digital products and services within the application, including but not limited to:
Diamonds
Wallet Balance
Virtual Gifts
Premium Features
Effects
Badges
Other Digital Items available within the Hello Dear Live platform
All purchases are intended exclusively for use within the Hello Dear Live application.
Hello Dear Live does not sell or deliver any physical products.
All purchases made through Hello Dear Live are digital purchases.
Once diamonds, wallet balance, virtual gifts, or any other digital items are successfully credited to the user's account, the transaction is considered completed.
Digital items cannot be physically returned or exchanged.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment completion and after the purchased digital items have been credited to the user's account.
Users are requested to carefully verify the selected recharge pack and payment details before completing the transaction.
Since Hello Dear Live provides digital products and services, refunds are generally not available after successful delivery of digital items.
However, refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
Payment completed but diamonds or digital items were not credited.
Duplicate payment made for the same transaction.
Payment deducted due to technical failure.
Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification.
Any refund requirement under applicable laws.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually after verification.
If money has been deducted from your bank account, UPI account, card, wallet, or other payment method but diamonds or wallet balance are not credited, please contact Hello Dear Live support.
After verification, we may:
Credit the purchased digital items to your account; or
Process a refund where applicable.
Users are requested to contact Hello Dear Live before raising any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
If a duplicate payment has been made for the same recharge or digital purchase, please contact our support team.
After verification, we may:
Process a refund through the original payment method; or
Credit the equivalent value to the user's Hello Dear Live account.
Users are responsible for checking the selected recharge amount and digital purchase details before completing payment.
Refunds may not be available in cases where:
The user selected an incorrect recharge pack.
Digital items have already been credited successfully.
Diamonds or other digital items have already been used.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7 business days.
The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the user's account may depend on:
User's bank
Payment service provider
Payment method
Banking network
Payments on Hello Dear Live may be processed through RBI-authorized payment service providers, payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, UPI networks, card networks, or other regulated financial partners.
The payment service provider may vary depending on the user's selected payment method and service availability.
