If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the application and related services.

• Dangerous Activities

• Weapon Sales
• Human Trafficking
• Any content prohibited under Indian law.
Violation of these standards may result in:
• Warning
• Content Removal
• Feature Restriction
• Temporary Suspension
• Permanent Account Ban
• Reporting to law enforcement where legally required.

6. LIVE STREAMING RULES
Hosts and participants are responsible for all content broadcast during live sessions.
Users must not:
• Stream copyrighted content without authorization.
• Display sexually explicit material.
• Promote violence.
• Conduct illegal financial activities.
• Encourage harmful behavior.
• Impersonate public officials.
• Promote illegal businesses.
• Share personal financial information.
Hello Dear Live reserves the right to immediately terminate any live session violating these Terms.

7. USER GENERATED CONTENT
Users retain ownership of content they create.
By uploading or streaming content through Hello Dear Live, users grant Quality Stone Craft India a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store
• Process
• Display
• Stream
• Distribute
• Moderate
• Improve platform services
solely for operating and providing the services.
Users represent that they own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
Users are solely responsible for the legality of their content.

8. REPORTING & MODERATION
Users may report:
• Abuse
• Harassment
• Fake Profiles
• Child Safety Violations
• Fraud
• Copyright Issues
• Payment Fraud

• Other Policy Violations
Reports may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators.
Quality Stone Craft India reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate enforcement action.

9. DIAMONDS, WALLET, VIRTUAL GIFTS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Hello Dear Live may provide digital products and services including:
• Diamonds
•In-App Balance
• Virtual Gifts
• Premium Features
• Effects
• Badges
• • Other Digital Items available within the Hello Dear Live platform
• Other Digital Items
These digital products are intended solely for use within the Hello Dear Live platform.
Diamonds, wallet balance, virtual gifts, subscriptions, badges, and other digital items:
• Do not constitute legal currency.
• Do not represent bank deposits.
• Do not earn interest.
• Cannot be transferred outside the application.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be sold to third parties.
• Cannot be redeemed except where required under applicable law.
Hello Dear Live reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or remove any digital product at any time.

10. RECHARGES & PAYMENTS
Users may purchase diamond recharge packs and other eligible digital products using payment methods made available within the application.
Payments may be processed through RBI-authorized payment service providers, payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, UPI networks, card networks, or other regulated financial partners. The payment provider used may vary depending on the user's selected payment method, location, or service availability.
Displayed prices may include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Recharge prices may be revised, modified, or withdrawn without prior notice.
The applicable price displayed at the time of payment shall be considered final for that transaction.

11. PAYMENT VERIFICATION
To maintain platform security and comply with legal obligations, Hello Dear Live may verify certain payment transactions.

12. FAILED PAYMENTS
If payment is successfully deducted from the user's payment method but the purchased digital products are not credited, users should contact our support team.
After verification, we may:
• Credit the purchased digital products.
• Reverse the failed transaction.
• Process a refund where applicable.
Resolution timelines may vary depending upon banking systems and payment service providers.

13. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If duplicate payments are received for the same purchase, users should immediately contact customer support.
Following verification, Hello Dear Live may:
• Refund the duplicate amount through the original payment method; or
• Credit the equivalent digital products or wallet balance.
The final resolution shall be determined after transaction verification.

14. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All purchases within Hello Dear Live are for digital products and services.
Once diamonds, wallet balance, subscriptions, virtual gifts, or other digital products have been successfully credited or delivered, the purchase shall be considered complete.
Refunds and cancellations are generally not available after successful delivery.
Exceptions may include:
• Failed transactions.
• Duplicate payments.
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
• Technical failures.
• Situations required under applicable law.

Users may voluntarily send virtual gifts to creators and hosts using Diamonds.
Virtual gifts are digital expressions of appreciation and have no cash value for users.
Gift transactions completed successfully cannot be reversed except where required by applicable law.

17. HOSTS & CREATORS
Creators and hosts are responsible for complying with all applicable platform policies.
Hosts must not:
• Artificially inflate earnings.
• Use fake accounts.
• Encourage fraudulent transactions.
• Mislead users regarding gifts or purchases.
• Engage in payment manipulation.
Violation may result in:
• Removal from creator programs.
• Withholding of eligible payouts where permitted by law and policy.
• Suspension or permanent termination.

18. PK BATTLES, LIVE EVENTS & FEATURES
Hello Dear Live may offer interactive features including:
• PK Battles
• Co-Host Sessions
• Multi-Guest Rooms
• Leaderboards
• Rankings

Participation is voluntary.
Platform rules continue to apply throughout all live events.
Quality Stone Craft India reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue such features without prior notice.

Users shall not:
• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Reverse Engineer
• Decompile
• Distribute
• Sell
• Rent
• License
• Republish
• Commercially exploit
any part of the application without prior written permission.
